摘要
企业为提高客户服务水平,增加顾客价值,越来越多地开始意识到逆向物流回收的重要性。在逆向物流回收模式选择过程中,需要考虑大量定性和定量因素,其中有些因素具有不确定性、模糊性、随机性的特点,而且因素间可能相互影响,因此对物流回收模式的准确选择评价比较困难。网络分析法(ANP)是在AHP基础上发展形成的一种新的决策方法,该方法考虑了不同层次之间的信息反馈与同一层次元素之间的相互依存关系。为此,将网络分析法应用于物流回收模式选择评价,从经济、社会及技术三个主要方面考虑,提出了基于网络分析法(ANP)的评价选择模型。应用实例表明,ANP方法可有效地解决逆向物流回收模式选择问题,并使决策更为科学、合理。
To better serve customs and increase the custom value, more and more enterprises are increasingly focus-ing on the reverse logistics. However, in the process of the selection take -back models in reverse logistics, there are many uncertain, fuzzy and random factors, which have influence on each other. ANP was developed on the basis of AHP, which not only focuses on the feedback of different layers of factors, but also considers the interrelation of factors in the same level or layer. And hence, to tackle this problem this article offers an ANP- based evaluation model. A nu-merical example illustrates the availability of the method.
