摘要
为了解决Ⅱ套重油催化裂化气体脱硫装置(Ⅰ)存在的于气和液化气中H_2S含量超标、腐蚀严重、运行周期短以及胺消耗量大等问题,中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司使用了北京思践通科技有限公司开发的HT-825A胺液净化再生设备。净化后胺液中热稳盐含量从7.2%降到1.0%以下,胺液质量大为改善,脱硫装置运行的平稳性增加,大大降低了设备腐蚀,有利于装置的长周期运行。
The hydrogen sulfide contents of RFCC dry gas and LPG from gas desulfurization unit were not qualified,resulting in serious equipment corrosion,short running cycle and increase amine consumption. To solve the problem, an amine purification and regeneration reactor HT-825A produced by Beijing Sijiantong Science and Technology Company was adopted to remove the heat-stable salts(HSS) formed during the gas desulfurization process. Results showed that the HSS content was decreased from 7.2%to less than 1.0% by amine purification,the quality of liquid amine was improved obviously,thus the gas desulfurization unit could he operated stably, equipment corrosion was reduced and the running cycle was prolonged.
