Seizing Opportunities and Promoting the New Rural Area Construction in the Northern Regions of Huai River

淮北地区由于各种主、客观原因目前仍处于欠发达状态,在新农村建设中应根据本地区情况,抓住机遇,用好政策,通过产业布局调整,加快现代农业建设,推动工业化、城镇化,改善基础设施,保护生态环境,促进农民持续增收,实现城乡协调和地区协调。

At present the northern regions of Huai river are less developed for subjective and objective reasons,therefore, the people there should base the new rural area construction on their regional conditions; seize opportunities;make most of the policy ; speed up modern agricultural construction by adjusting the distribution of industries; propel forward industrization and urbanization; improve infrastructures;protect the ecological environment; promote the sustainable increase in the farmers＇ income; realize the coordination between the rural areas and the urban ares and coordination between the regions.
