不同融资方式的选择就是不同治理机制的选择。负债融资涉及权利、责任和利益分配问题,即公司治理问题。本文从五方面阐述了负债融资发挥治理效应的条件与对策。
Different means of financing means different administrating systems. Liabilities financing is involved in such problems as rights, responsibilities and the distribution of profits, that is the problem of administration. This article deals with the conditions and strategies on how liabilities financing plays it＇s role of administration.
