Contract implementation is a important stage in the outsourcing of equipment maintenance. This paper analyzes the three types of rela tion between outsourcer and supplier, and discusses different management measures based on the given type of relation. After the contract fini shes, the supplier should assess outsourcer＇s performance comprehensively to decide whether the contract is broken or renewed.
