摘要
外包实施是设备维修外包项目中的一个重要阶段。本文首先分析了外包关系的三种类型,并提出在外包实施过程中针对不同的关系类型,企业应该对外包商采取不同的监督、激励措施。外包结束之后,企业应该对绩效进行评价,以决定与外包商的合同是否应该续签或者终止。
Contract implementation is a important stage in the outsourcing of equipment maintenance. This paper analyzes the three types of rela tion between outsourcer and supplier, and discusses different management measures based on the given type of relation. After the contract fini shes, the supplier should assess outsourcer's performance comprehensively to decide whether the contract is broken or renewed.
