毒死蜱在大棚西芹中的残留降解动态 被引量:26

摘要 通过渗透试验、降解动态试验及最终残留量试验,研究了毒死蜱在大棚西芹中的残留降解动态。结果表明,毒死蜱能够渗透到西芹体内,处理1~7d后,渗透量占总药量的25%~40%;毒死蜱在西芹中的残留半衰期为9.90d;毒死蜱在西芹中的残留量与其施药量、施药次数有关;以最大推荐剂量75mL·hm-2施用,施药次数为1次,安全间隔期为60d,西芹中毒死蜱的残留量小于0.1mg·kg-1;由于毒死蜱的安全间隔期过长,建议实际蔬菜生产过程中应加强对毒死蜱停药期的控制或用易降解的生物农药替代。 In order to formulate the standards for safe application of chlorpyrifos in celery under greenhouse conditions,penetrate,residual dynamics and the final residue in celery was conducted to investigate the residual dynamics of chlorpyrifos in celery. The results showed that chlorpyrifos could penetrate into celery,the penetrative quantity was 25 % - 40 % of the total after application 1 -7 day,the half-life of chlorpyrifos in celery was 9.90 days,the residue in celery was correlative to the application dosage and times. The celery was sprayed one time with chlorpyrifos 48% EC using the dose of 70 mL · hm^-2 ,and the final residue was less than 0.1 mg · kg^-1 after 60 days. Therefore,the safety interval of chlorpyrifos in celery before harvest was 60 days. Given the high residue of chlorpyrifos,it is important to pay more attention to find the substitute for chlorpyrifos in celery production.
