摘要
中原油田绿能高科液化天然气工厂是国内第一座商业运营的LNG工厂。LNG工厂气源中因为有苯,就存在着苯堵塞管道的安全隐患。LNG工厂原来的脱苯工艺是利用“相似相溶”原理,用异戊烷脱苯,但存在异戊烷消耗量太大,成本较高等诸多弊端。为此,在不影响正常生产的情况下进行了必要的改造。经过研究分析,将重烃综合利用,使异戊烷消耗量和成本大大降低,且同样能达到将苯含量降到安全限度内的目的。计算表明:此项改造可获得年直接经济效益55万余元。该改造为天然气液化处理装置以及相关产业脱苯提供了行之有效的依据。
The LNG Manufacturer of Green Energy High Technology Co., Ltd., SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield Company, is the first LNG factory under commercial operation in China. Because of the benzene exists in the gas source of this factory, there is potential risk for benzene blocking the pipelines. In LNG factories, there were many disadvantages like the cost will be extremely high because huge quantities of isopentane had to be used in the previous de-benzene technology by use of the similarity and compatibility theorem. Therefore, under the normal production, the reform was carried out on de-benzene technology. Through study and analysis, heavy hydrocarbon was integratedly taken use of to lower down the consuming isopentane in this technology thus to reduce the production cost, in this way the benzene could be successfully stripped off to reach up to a value within the safe limit. After calculation it found out that this positive reform can help manufacturer obtain 550 thousand RMB in total yearly. This reform can be references for all the natural gas liquefied dealing devices and the related industry, providing feasible and practical scientific basis for de-benzene technology in samilar industries of China.
