国内液化天然气汽车实施经验与示范作用

EXPERIENCES AND DEMONSTRATION ON PROMOTING LNG VEHICLES IN CHINA

国内液化天然气汽车(LNGV)近两年发展很快,先后有4个城市(北京、乌鲁木齐、长沙、贵阳)实施了LNGV科技示范项目。从项目实施的效果看,国内目前已经建立起国产单燃料LNG公交车研究开发、生产制造体系;LNG加气站建设及设备的研发、生产制造体系;LNG公交车、加气站运行规章制度等营运管理体系。国内发展LNGV的技术已趋于成熟,具备由示范项目向产业化应用过渡的条件。及时总结上述城市推广应用LNGV的经验,加大LNG作为替代燃料的规模,有助于加快我国清洁汽车发展的进程。但也应该看到,LNGV相关标准建设滞后是当前困扰LNGV推广应用的重大障碍。可以预测“十一五”期间是LNGV发展的良好时机,现状和趋势表明,我国极有可能成为未来世界上开发与应用LNGV领先的国家。

LNG vehicles have been developed at fast pace during these two years in China, where four cities, Beijing, Urumqi, Changsha, Guiyang, successively have performed the demonstration project on LNG vehicles. Up till now, independent systems have already been built up on studying, developing and manufacturing Chinese own LNG-fuelled buses, and LNG gas stations and their related equipments, and meanwhile some related rules and regulations have also been constituted while managing LNG buses and gas stations. Techniques on developing LNG vehicles in China have grown up to a high level so under such good conditions LNG vehicles will be driven forward from present demonstration to be industrialized in near future. Summarizing the experiences from those four cities, encouraging LNG as an alternative energy for vehicles in China, the motion 'clean fuelled automobiles' will be surely promoted on. However, the biggest obstacle bothering present LNG vehicles is that their related standards are still lagging behind their development. It is predictable that it is high time for LNG vehicles to develop during the eleventh 'Five-Year Plan'. From the status quo and developing trend, China will expect to be one of leading countries which study, develop and apply LNG vehicles at an advanced level.
