V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2基催化剂SCR法脱硝试验研究 被引量:16

Experiment Study on SCR DeNOX Behavior of V_2O_5-WO_3/TiO_2 Catalysts

摘要 以工业级锐钛型TiO2为载体制备了V2O5-WO3/TiO2脱硝催化剂,通过BET、XRD、SEM等方法对微观结构进行表征。并在SCR反应器中测试其脱硝性能。自制催化剂比表面积较小,晶相仍为锐钛型,温度为330~4000C、O2浓度大于1%、NH3/NO为0.9~1、空速比为24000h^-1,脱硝效率达到80%以上,N2O生成率,NH3逃逸率及SO2氧化率均能够满足电厂脱硝的要求,并且因工业级TiO2粉体价格较低可降低催化剂成本。 V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst grafted over commercial anatase TiO2 was prepared , and BET,XRD,SEM were employed to investigate the micro structure. An experimental investigation was conducted to study the catalyst DeNOx activity in SCR activity reactor. BET surface area is not big but the main structure is still anatase TiO2. The experiment shows that this catalyst has higher removal efficiency ( 〉 80% ), low SO2 Oxidation , N2o conversion and NH3 slip at 330 ~400℃, SV =24000 h^-1, NH3/NO at 0.9 ~ 1, which reach the industry application requirement. The catalyst cost can be decreased because of low price of commercial TiO2.
