摘要
采用视频分析的方法实时检测传输带上煤瞬时流量,通过闭环控制方式自动控制斗轮机悬臂的回转速度进行取煤。利用该方法在上海某电厂进行了多个运行班次的效能分析试验,结果表明,与原来的上煤系统相比,上煤流量比较均匀,既缩短了超载时间,又提高了上煤效率。
A method based on video analysis was adopted to measure the real-time coal flow on the conveying belt, and the turning speed of the reclaimer's bracket to fetch coal can be controlled automatically through closed-loop controlling. Practice shows that compared with the former coal loading system, the new system has advantages of even coal conveying flow, reduced over-load time, and improved efficiency.
