三峡水库蓄水对汉江堤防安全的威胁及防御对策

Threat on Bank of Hanjiang River due to the Impounding Water of TGP and Its Countermeasures

三峡水库汛后蓄水,每年10月份下泄流量大为减小,汉口水位较目前显著降低,将加重汉江秋季洪水对汉江堤防及武汉地区防洪安全的威胁。本文在对三峡水库蓄水后汉口水位下降分析的基础上,探讨了三峡蓄水对汉江堤防安全的威胁,并提出了相应的防御对策。

Due to the impounding water of the Three Gorges Project （TGP）, the discharge in downstream river will greatly decrease, and the water level at Hankou will also decrease, which is dangerous to the safety of the bank of Hanjiang River and the flood control in Wuhan area. Based on the analysis of the decrease of the water lever at Hankou, the threat to the bank of Hanjiang River due to the impoundment of TGP is studied, and the countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
