浅谈影响燃煤锅炉除尘效率因素及对策

Primary Discussion on Factors Influencing Dust Removal Efficiency of Dust Collector Adjusted at coal Burning Boiler

根据抚顺市燃煤锅炉除尘器现状,选择了三种容量、三种运行负荷燃煤锅炉除尘器进行测试。测试结果说明:锅炉运行负荷、供风方式是影响燃煤锅炉除尘器使用效率的主要因素。最后,提出了提高燃煤锅炉除尘器使用效率对策。

In terms of the status of the application of dust collector to Coal-fired boilers in FuShun, focused on three kind of capacity, three kind of operating loads, a test on coal burning boiler was conducted, the test results shows that the dust removal efficiencies were influenced by operating load of boiler and the air blowing mode, in this respect some counter measures were put forward for the improvement of dust removal efficiency.
