摘要
对超超临界机组P92钢管件研制的国内外现状进行了分析,重点介绍了国网北京电力建设研究院电站技术中心在P92钢焊接工艺、热压工艺、热处理工艺方面进行的探索,以及典型管件产品的试制情况和有关验证试验。P92钢管件国产化研究的成功,将改变目前国内超超临界机组P92钢管件单纯依靠进口的局面,应用前景广阔,具有相当可观的经济效益和社会效益。
The development status of home-and-abroad P92 steel pipe-fittings for ultra-supercritical units was analyzed, placing emphases on the study of welding, hot pressing and heat treating procedures, as well as the trial-manufacturing of the typical P92 pipe-fittings and the related verification tests in the Technological Center of Power Plant of EPCRI. The successful development of domestic P92 pipe-fittings is to change the absolute importing of P92 steel pipe-fittings for ultra-supercritical units. It＇s of brighter prospect, considerable economical and social benefits.
