摘要
目前电厂辅助系统存在高度分散化、互联互通性差、值班人员众多、设备维护量大等实际情况;各辅助系统计算机控制系统中所使用的仪表设备、连接方式、通信协议不同,给系统的兼容性、可扩展性、稳定性和可维护性等方面带来很大困难。采用现场总线技术能较好地解决以上问题。在介绍现场总线控制系统的结构、设计、实现及功能情况的基础上,将专家系统和现场总线技术结合应用于电厂化验站控制系统中。实际应用情况表明,系统既实现了对整个化验站水汽品质的安全监控,又使控制系统具有更高的性能、更好的开放性和互操作性,大大提高了化水系统的自动化水平。
In view of the actual conditions of auxiliary system in power plant, such as extreme decentralization, poor interconnection and interoperability, excessive operators on duty and great amount of facility maintenance, Fieldbus can preferably account for the difficulties of compatibility, expansibility, stability and maintainability of the system resulted from the differences of instrumentations, connections and communicating protocol used in computer system. Based on the introduction to the structure, design, realization and functions of Fieldbus control system, the integrated application of Fieldbus technology and expert system was used in the control system of chemical examination station in power plant. The practical application shows that the system can realize security supervising to the water and steam quality for the whole chemical examination station, in addition, the system can improve the level of automation greatly with higher performance, better openness and interoperability.
