金黄色葡萄球菌表面蛋白FnBP研究进展

摘要 纤维蛋白结合蛋白(FnBP)是由金黄色葡萄球菌分泌的一种识别黏附基质分子的微生物表面组分,它能特异性地黏附于表面,从而能使细菌有效地黏附于宿主组织中,引起宿主感染,本文从其结构、功能、结构组成和作为抗原等方面进行了阐述,并对目前国内外的研究进展进行综述,为兽医临床研究应用金黄色葡萄球菌提供参考。
