以泰能为第二线药治疗免疫功能低下血液病患者继发感染的疗效观察

EFFECT OF TIENARM AS SECOND-LINE THERAPY FOR INFECTIONS IN IMMUNOC-OMPROMISED HAMATOLOGIC PATIENTS(ICHP)

为评价泰能作为第二线用药，单用或伍用其它抗生素治疗免疫功能低下血液病患者（ICHP）继发严重感染的疗效及副作用，78例患者接受了泰能每天3g的治疗。19例单用，59例加用其它抗生素，结果总有效率56．4％，联合用药的疗效明显优于单药治疗组（P＜0．05），对泰能耐受良好。表明泰能作为第二线用药，疗效满意，伍用疗效更高。

78 Patients treated with Tienam entered the study in order to observe the effect of tienam as second-line therapyeither as monotherapy or combination antibiotics for infectionsin ICHP. All patients were treated with tienam, given at lgintravenously every 8h. 19 patients received monotherapy, 59patients also received other antibiotics, according to theneeds of treatment. The overall clinical response rate was 56.4%. The response of combination group was significantlybetter than the response to monotherapy group(62.7% vs36.8%, P<0.05) . Treatment with Tienam was well tolerated.In conclusion. the effect of tienam either as monotherapy or in combination antibiotics as seccond-line therapy forinfections of ICHP was satisfactory. The group of combinativeantibiotics is more effective than monotherapy.
