摘要
开展创新教育是医学教育改革的主要方向,也是培养药理学人才的重要途径。教师的专业理论水平和创新意识是搞好创新教育的重要前提。在理论教学中,教师要运用恰当的教学方法,培养学生的学习兴趣,激发学生的求知欲望和创新思维;在实验课教学中,既要培养学生严谨的科学作风,又要提倡学生勇于发问、善于思考,把掌握研究思路、提高学生的动手能力作为实验课教学的重点。
The development of innovation education is a main direction of medical education reform, and also is an important way of training pharmacology consciousness are prerequisites for innovation qualified personnel. The teacher's theoretical level and innovation education. In the theoretical courses, the teacher should select proper teaching methods to raise students' learning interest and to arouse their learning desire and creative mind.
