德育工作是我国高等教育中非常重要的一项任务,要完成这项任务,在德育工作中必须突出学生的主体地位,强调学生的个体差异,调整高校德育目标,更新高校德育内容,即在高校德育工作中要坚持“以人为本”的教育思想。

Moral cultivation is one of the most important missions in higher education of our country. To successfully fulfill this mission, the status of students as the focus of teaching should be highlighted, students＇ individual differences should be emphasized, the goals of moral cultivation in institutes of higher education should be modified and the contents of moral cultivation should updated, that is, to adhere to human orientation.
