摘要
目的:探讨2种不同直径(0.4和0.6mm)活塞小柱对镫骨活塞术后患者早期听力结果的影响。方法:收集2001~2006年的耳硬化症患者44例,随机分成2组:0.4mm组24例,0.6mm组20例。在术前和术后3~4周分别统计250、500、1000、2000、4000Hz频率平均气骨导差,及2组术后平均气骨导差的缩小值,并用t检验分析其差异。结果:经t检验,0.6mm组在术后早期(3~4周)听力恢复明显好于0.4mm组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。6个月以后2组听力检测差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:活塞小柱直径大小对镫骨活塞术患者早期听力恢复有明显影响,直径较大者患者听力提高较好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of piston prosthesis with different diameter (0.4 mm and 0.6 mm) on hearing improvement during the early period after stapedotomy. Method: Forty-four patients with otosclerosis accepted stapedotomy from 2001 to 2006 were involved in this study. All patients were divided into two groups in random: 0.4 mm piston prosthesis group(24 cases) and 0.6 mm piston prosthesis group(20 cases). Three to four weeks postoperatively, all patients accepted pure-tone audiometry examination. Average air-bone gap of 250 Hz, 500 Hz,1 000 Hz, 2 000 Hz, 4 000 Hz of postoperation was compared to that of pre-operation in each group. The decrease of average air bone gap after the surgery were compared between two groups. Statistical analysis was made by T test. Result:Three to four weeks after the surgery, the patient using 0.6 mm piston prosthesis have more improvement of hearing level than those using 0.4 mm piston prosthesis. There was statistically significant difference( P〈0.01). Conclusion:Different diameter pistons prosthesis have different effect on the improvement of hearing level during the early period after the stapedotomy. Piston prosthesis with a diameter of 0.6 mm gives better results in cases of stapedotomy than that with a diameter of 0.4 mm.
