摘要
本文研究了分光光度法测定聚氨酯树脂生产过程中剩余—NCO含量的方法。以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,在冰醋酸存在下,—NCO基与N,N-对二甲基苯甲醛(DMAB)形成有色化合物。该化合物最大吸收波长为440nm。该方法用于测定聚氨酯树脂生产过程中未反应—NCO基团的测定,具有标准偏差小于5%、快速简便、可靠准确的特点。
Spectrophotometric determination of free isocynate" group (-NCO) content in polyurethane resin production is studied. In the presence of acetic acid, -NCO reacts with DMAB(dimethylaminabenzaldehyde) in DMF to form a stable yellow compound. The maximum absorption wavelength of this compound is 440 ram. This method is applied to measure the free isocynate-group existed in PU resin producing process, of which the relative standard deviation is less than 5%, easy-fast and precise.
