摘要 本实验采用有机载体——溴代N-乙基吡啶离子液体([EPy]Br),以棉秆和尿素为原料,一步合成纤维素氨基甲酸酯。考察了其影响因素,且以活化时间、反应温度和酯化反应时间的影响较大,从而基于此三因素进行正交实验确定其最佳条件是活化时间为7h,反应温度为150℃,酯化反应时间为3.5h。且在最佳条件下进行实验,可得出酯化产物的含氮量在8%左右。然后由其红外光谱图可知,1714cm-1处酰胺中的羰基峰和3680~3000cm-1处的双峰以及凯氏定氮实验可判定尿素与纤维素进行了酯化反应。 In this paper, the one-step synthesis method of cellulose carbamate in the[ EPy] Br with cotton stalks and urea. Then its factors were also investigated and of all the factors, the effects of activation time, reaction temperature and esterification time were clearer, and by orthogonal experiment based on this three factors, the best conditions were confirmed, which activation time was 7 h, reaction temperature was 150 ℃ and esterification time was 3. 5 h. Then through the proof test based on the best conditions, it was known that nitrogen content of the product was about 8%. In addition, by the analysis of FTIR, it was concluded that cellulose and urea were synthesized through the carbonyl peak of 1714 cm-1 in amide and the double peaks of 3680-3000 cm^-1 combined with the determination of nitrogen content by Micro-Kjeldahl.
