The article analyzes the problems produced from the present sewage pipeline network of various areas in Yinzhou New City Area so as to make clearly the importance and necessity to compile the sewage and drainage system planning, and systematically sets forth the sewage flow of various drainage zones, planning of pipeline network, pipe diameter of main pipe, short-term and long-term alignments of sewage, accounting of the present sewage pumping house, and scope of the planned sewage pumping house.
