The article analyzes the investment sustaining increment and the investment enhancing benefit of in the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' infrastructure in Yunyan District of Guiyang City. Through the analysis of the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' infrastructure investment and economic benefits, the article points out the main problems arisen in the infrastructure investment, and puts forward the forecast, countermeasures, moves and suggestions of the 'Eleventh Five-Year Plan' infrastructure investment in Yunyan District.
