Taking the knowledge-type economical times as the background, in the light of present situation of the knowledgeable staffs who float frequently, the article analyzes the characteristics and loss reasons of the knowledgeable staffs and the risk possibly brought to an enterprise because of the staff loss, at last sets forth the strategy of the risk management should be taken by a enterprise for the loss of the knowledgeable staffs.
