摘要
以明胶和CMC-Na为囊材,采用复凝聚法制备维生素E微囊。通过正交实验选择最佳制备条件。用紫外分光光度法于波长285nm测定含量。对以不同浓度的CMC-Na制备的微囊的包封率、外观形态和对维生素E稳定性的影响进行了考察。结果表明,0.5%CMC-Na与0.5%明胶浓度配比为1∶2时,微囊质量最好,同时能有效提高维生素E的稳定性。
To improve the stability of vitamin E(VitE),microcapsules containing VitE were prepared by coacervation method with gelatin and CMC Na as wall material.The best conditions were selected with orthogonal design.VitE in the microcapsules was determined by UV at 285nm.Stability of VitE,encapsulation efficiency and external form of the microcapsules being prepared with CMC Na of different concentration were observed.Results showed that when concentration of CMC Na was 0.5 %,propotion of solution of CMC Na and 5% gelatin was 1∶2,the quality of the microcapsules was the highest and VitE in the microcapsules was stable.
