复方阿昔洛韦滴眼液的制备及含量测定

Preparation and determination of Co acyclovior eye drops

本文报道了复方阿昔洛韦滴眼液的制备及含量测定方法。选择阿昔洛韦与氯霉素组方，硼酸－硼砂缓冲液调节ｐＨ，灭菌生理盐水为溶剂，加入２％吐温－８０作助溶剂。实验证明，该滴眼液无刺激性，在使用期（６个月）内较稳定。由于阿昔洛韦与氯霉素的紫外吸收峰相互重迭，根据吸收度的加和性原则，通过测定复方滴眼液的吸收度Ｅ阿＋氯２５２及Ｅ阿＋氯２７８，分别计算出阿昔洛韦及氯霉素的浓度，方法简便可行，结果准确。

A method for preparation and determination of Co acyclovir eye drops was reported.We chosed acyclovir and chloramphenicol as major medicine,boric acid borax to adjust pH,2% Tween 80 for auxilytic agent and in 0.9 % NaCl solution.The results indicated that the eye drops did not offend the eye and was stable during use term.Because absorption spectrum of acyclovir and chloraphenical wre overlapping,according to additional rule of absorption,the concentration of acyclovir and chloramphenicol in mixture could be determined by measuring the absorbances at two wavelengths,252nm and 278nm.The method is simple and feasible.The results is accurate.
