总结１２例尾叶原发性肝癌手术切除的经验，应用ＰＭＯＤ采取刮吸法断肝，可清楚解剖出管道结构，便于可靠结扎并节省时间；肝正中裂完全切开，有利于尾叶的显露。介绍了左侧尾叶切除、右侧尾叶切除。

Resection of caudate lobe for primary liver cancer:a report of 12 cases.Peng Shuyou,Jiang Xianchuan,Mu Yiping,et al.Second Affitiated Hospital,Zhejiang Medical University,Hangzhou,310009 The resection of caudate lobe proves very dificult and risky,because the lobe is sandwiched in between the first and the third hepatic hilus.This study reports the experience in 12 successful consecutive resections.It is believed that the employment of “curettage and aspiration”techuique with the use of Pengs multifunctional operative disector(PMOD)plays an important role.In addition,the acquaintance of the anatomical structure concerned and the correct selection of the surgical approach are as important.The splitting of medium fissure is emphasized.
