Peutz-Jeghers综合征1例及文献回顾

摘要 患儿女性，9岁，白族，因间断性脐周疼痛1年，加重2周入院。病人2周前阵发性绞痛，入昆明市儿童医院钡灌肠示肠套叠，但灌肠后疼痛消失，后入昆明医学院第二附属医院肠镜检查示结肠及直肠多发息肉，其中横结肠处息肉约3cm×2cm。肠镜下套扎未成功，遂来本院住院。
