摘要
根据平面组成原理的变异叠加理论,利用连杆或连架杆的运动特点,设计了遮蓬连杆机构。该机构是由单自由度平面六杆机构组成,以滑块为主动件,电动推杆作为往复运动的电力驱动装置。提出了运动控制采用“PC+运动控制器”模式,编制了固高GT-400-SV运动控制器作为下位机的双CPU的硬件结构和基于VC语言、Windows操作系统的软件程序,PC机为上位机,从而实现特定的运动控制要求,达到窗扇的自动开闭。
Based on the mutation addition theory of planar constitute and characteristic of linkages motion, it designs the penthouse linkages, which composes 6 - bar and electromotion pole is driving furniture reciprocator. The Motion control is realized by PC + G(X)GOL motion controller. GOOGOL GT- 400 - SV motion controller is used as lower machine, upper machine is made of the double CPU and the PC system based on VC language. It introduces the motion control function.
