详细介绍了一种非机动车辆管理系统的组成、工作原理及工作过程。采用RFID和GPRS组建一个非机动车辆管理系统,RFID作为非机动车辆的车牌,进行非机动车辆的编号与识别,通过GPRS完成信息的通信,将车辆检查结果发送到车辆管理中心。车辆管理中心对所传车牌号进行判别,是正常车辆还是失窃车辆。实践证明该系统能够有效地对非机动车辆进行管理,减少车辆失窃率。
It discusses the components, working principle and process of non- motor- vehicle management system. Based on the RFID and GPRS technology, it designs a transportation management system for non- motor - vehicle to encode and identify the bike. GPRS is used to in charge of the communication between the front read end and non- motor - vehicle management center. The management center will check whether the non - motor - vehicle is the stolen one or not. This system can be used to surveillance the present non - motor - vehicle, decrease the stolen rate.
