摘要
本文利用半导体材料的吸收光谱随温度变化的特性,研制了数字显示光纤测温仪。经过反复试验,该仪器在-20°～200℃温度范围内的测温精度为±2℃。
A semiconductor optical fibre sensor for temprature was developed based on that the spectral absorption varies with temperature.The sensor has a digital displa ying system. Experiments proved that the measuring accuracy has achieved±2℃ in the temperature range'from - 20℃to 200℃
