摘要
心房颤动（AF）是冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）后最常见的心律失常。国内外临床观察显示，有20％～50％患者CABG术后发生室上性心律失常，而其中82．5％为AF。虽然此类心律失常并不致命，不增加脑血管意外、心肌梗死及猝死的发生率，但其严重的临床症状往往需要转复为窦律才能缓解，尤其是心室率〉150次／min的快速室率AF可能导致低血压、心肌缺血、心力衰竭、心源性休克、肺部感染、栓塞等并发症，不仅延长住院时间，增加治疗费用，而且加重患者痛苦，应予以及时治疗。
