摘要
基于保证能源安全、降低温室效应、解决社会问题和执行欧盟政策等原因,英国通过国家立法和财政补贴积极鼓励发展生物能源,成立专门机构组织协调跨部门、跨行业的研发活动和产业化,加大投资力度,积极开展国际合作。借鉴英国发展生物能源的经验,有助于我国探索适合国情的生物能源发展模式。
Due to energy security, greenhouse effect, social problems and EU policies, the UK seeks to develop bioenergy by means of laws and financial subsidy, establish specific organization to coordinate cross-department and cross-industry R＆D activities and their industrialization, improve the investment, and develop international cooperation.
