摘要
以过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,对淀粉接枝丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺共聚合反应进行了研究,制备耐盐性高吸水性树脂,在优化条件下,既单体(g)/淀粉(g)=3∶1,丙烯酸(g)/丙烯酰胺(g)=30%,引发剂用量=3 mL,单体中和度=80%,产物吸蒸馏水率为520 g/g,吸0.9%NaCl盐水倍率为121 g/g。土壤中水分蒸发实验表明,不同质量分数的高吸水树脂都有一定的抑制蒸发和保水作用,这种作用随树脂用量的加大而增强。
In this paper, the graft copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylamide onto starch was studied with ammonium persulfatc - sodium bisulfate as initiator. The best technological parameters were determined, Under the optimum technological parameter, the ratio of monomer to starch was 3: 1, the ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide was 30 %, the volume of initiator was 3 mL, neutralization value of acrylic acid was 80 %, the product can absorb distilled water 520 g/g., 0.9 % NaCl solution 121 g/g. The experiments of soll water evaporation showed that polymer reduced evaporation obviously, higher application amounts produced better effects.
