摘要
化工设备的腐蚀主要是金属腐蚀。采用防腐涂层是抑制金属腐蚀最普遍、最经济的方法。根据金属设备腐蚀工况下表面沉积物的产生机理,对金属表面清除难易程度进行分析,就环氧树脂防腐涂层的应用,环氧防腐涂层的作用机理以及工艺性能和应用前景作以探讨。
The corrosion of chemical equipments is mainly metal corrosion, The metal can be eroded in nature, Coating technology is the most economic, commonly used way to anticorrosion. The mechanism of surface deposit, the analysis of degree to surface elimination and application of Epoxy Coating were introduced when metal equipments were under the working condition of corrosion, the protective mechanism, technological performance and applied prospect of Epoxy Coating were discussed, too.
