急性胰腺炎并发感染32例临床分析

摘要 [背景]探讨急性胰腺炎并发感染对急性胰腺炎疗效的影响.[病例报告]回顾性分析自2001年1月至2005年12月收治的急性胰腺炎并发感染32例的病例资料,其中保守治疗为3例,手术治疗为29例;死亡3例.[讨论]重视急性胰腺炎并发感染的及时诊断且合理治疗可提高急性胰腺炎生存率. BACKGROUND To study the influence of severe acute pancreatities with infection to the treatment. CASE REPORTS 32 cases of severe acute pancreatitis with infection from January 2001 to December 2005 were retrospectively analyzed, in which 29 cases were treated by operation, 3 cases were cured with medicine, and 3 cases died. DISCUSSION Attaching importance to betimes diagnosis and treatment of the severe acute pancreatities with infection improve the survival rate.
