摘要
目的评价前牙美学区即刻种植的临床效果。方法对23例患者在拔出患牙同时,分情况即刻植入Frialit-2、BLB和Replace三种种植系统共35枚,并对其进行定期的临床和放射学检查。结果35枚即刻种植系统经3~60个月观察,全部成功,美学效果好。结论选择合适的病例,配合采用引导骨再生技术处理在前牙区即刻种植可以取得良好的临床效果。
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficacy of immediate implant, [Methods] Following an atraumatic extraction of teeth, 35 implants were immediately placed into sockets at the time of the extraction of teeth, Bone graft and membranes were also required to augment the remainder of extraction socket and provided maximum bone fill around the implant. [Results] Follow-up post-prosthesis was the minimum being 3 months and the maximum 60 months. All cases achieved good clinical efficacy. [Conclusion] Clinical studies on the placement of immediate implant in fresh anterior extraction sockets have revealed predictable results with guided bone regeneration technique.
