CD_(44)v6在宫颈上皮内瘤样变中的表达及意义

摘要 采用免疫组化SP法检测120例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)中CD44v6蛋白的表达情况,分析CD44v6表达水平与临床病理因素的关系。结果在正常宫颈上皮与不同期别的CIN间CD44v6的表达水平存在显著性差异(P<0.05),CD44v6的表达水平与患者年龄无关。认为CD44v6在CIN的分化、进展过程中起着重要的作用,是早期诊断和评估CIN预后的良好指标。
