摘要
在对高校现行新教师校本培训制度的反思中,教学叙事以其鲜明的“借助于教育故事实现积极的自我建构”的特点引人注目。笔者认为,通过对高校现行新教师制度的反思,应该使教学叙事在促进高校职业初期教师专业成长中发挥作用,同时,高等院校也应当为职初教师开展教学叙事提供支持性条件。
In the introspection to the regulations of the training of fresh teachers in higher schools,teaching narration is conspicuous by its noticeably active serf-construction.in my opinion,teaching nrration should play an important role in the promotion of the teachers of the inital periat.Meanwhile,higher schools should provide initially professional period of teachers with supporting conditions to carry .out teaching narrations.
