丙型肝炎病毒相关性肾小球肾炎的治疗进展

摘要我国不但是乙型肝炎大国，也是丙型肝炎高发区，全国约有近4000万丙型肝炎患者。丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染具有隐匿性，很多患者感染后在很长时间内可能没有任何症状，而HCV持续破坏肝脏细胞，渐发展为肝硬化，甚至恶变成肝癌。HCV感染除可引起慢性肝病外，还会引起一些肝外表现．其中包括肾脏损害。
