结直肠癌肝转移治疗进展被引量：1

摘要结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤。据统计,2004年美国有超过145000的结直肠癌新患病例,有超过56000患者死于结直肠癌。肝脏是结直肠癌血行转移的主要靶器官。结直肠癌肝转移的发生率可高达50％，而能获得手术切除者仅占100k～20％。如何处理结直肠癌肝转移，是改善结直肠癌预后的一个重要研究课题。
