Development of Birid Triple Viable (BIFICO) for clinical application

(第二军医大学药学院药理教研室上海200433)摘要目的:介绍三联活菌制剂“培菲康”的临床研究与应用。方法:查阅国内外文献,并进行分析、归纳和综述。结果:“培菲康”临床应用广泛,对儿童腹泻、儿童功能性便秘、新生儿黄疸、肠易激综合征等有肯定疗效;对儿童厌食症、肝硬化、幽门螺旋杆菌感染、儿童单纯性肾病综合征等有很好疗效。结论:“培菲康”具有重要的临床意义,随着研究的深入,其临床应用将有更大的发展空间和潜力。

Aim ：To introduce the clinical researches on Birid Triple Viable （BIFICO） and its application area. Methods： Domestic and foreign publications documenting clinical effects of BIFICO were retrieved, analyzed, and summarized. Results： BIFICO was widely used in clinical practice. It had definite effects on children＇s diarrhea, children＇ s functional constipation, neonatal jaundice, and irritable bowel syndrome and had good effect on children＇ s anorexia, liver cirrhosis, Helicobacter pylori infection, children＇ s simple nephritic syndrome. Conclusion ： BIFICO has great clinical significance. Intensive studies will provide more potential and space for the development and clinical application of BIFICO.
