复合射孔数值模拟精度的实验验证 被引量:4

摘要 油井射孔在地下几千米深的井液介质中进行,在温度与压力作用下的射孔效果难以观察、测试和分析,而数值模拟可能会成为一种有效的分析工具,然而数值模拟的精度与有效性如何验证是一个新课题。针对这一问题,借助西安通源石油科技公司的地面试验测试装置,进行了爆炸冲击的流固耦合数值模拟的精度验证,并对比分析了实验测试与数值模拟计算的环空压力和残余变形量,结果证明数值模拟的计算精度能够满足石油工程精度的要求,也说明了数值模拟技术在石油工业中的重要意义。 Since perforating in oil production well is carried out in the liquid medium several kilometers deep underground,the perforating effect is hard to observe,measure and analyze under the combined effect of temperature and pressure.The numerical simulation could be an effective analysis tool.However,the problem of the accuracy and effectiveness of the numerical simulation emerges.In this paper,the accuracy verification of FSI(Fluid and Solid Interaction)numerical simulation of explosive impact is carried out by means of the surface testing device of Xi'an Tongyuan Company,and the annulus pressures and residual deformations from the experimental test and the numerical simulation are compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the accuracy of numerical simulation can meet the requirement of the oil engineering and shows the importance of numerical simulation technology in the oil industry.
