赤霞珠葡萄生长期矿质营养元素的含量变化 被引量:25

摘要 研究了酿酒葡萄品种赤霞珠的花、果实中7种矿质营养元素(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Ca,Mg,K)含量季节变化及其与叶片、叶柄中矿质营养元素含量间的相关性。结果表明,开花期阶段,Cu,Fe,Mn元素的含量呈现先降后升,Zn,Ca,Mg,K元素的含量呈现先升后降的变化趋势;进入果实发育期,Cu含量呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,其它6种矿质营养元素含量终花期至盛花后20d均呈极显著下降,盛花后20-60d,含量变化相对平稳,盛花后80-100d,含量呈显著或极显著下降;果实中矿质营养元素除Cu与其它元素间无相关性外,其它6种矿质营养元素间均达极显著正相关;叶片与果实间的Ca含量、Mn含量均存在显著负相关,而K含量存在显著正相关;叶柄与果实间的Mn含量存在显著负相关。 The variations of seven mineral elements in the flower and fruit during the annual growing period of Cabernet Sauvignon and their correlation with the mineral elements in leaves and petioles of Cabernet Sauvignon were measured and analyzed. The results showed that during the anthesis phase the contents of Cu, Fe and Mn decreased first but increased later, whereas the contents of Zn, Ca, Mg, K increased first but decreased later. During the period of fruit development, the contents of Cu increased first and then decreased again, the contents of the other 6 elements had a remarkable trend of decrease during the period from the end of blooming until 20 days after blooming, while the contents were almost even during 20 to 60 days after blooming, however, which had a significant trend of decrease during 80 to 120 days after blooming. There was significant positive correlation between the every two elements in the grape berry except Cu. The contents of K between leaves and grape berry had a positive correlation, while Ca and Mn had a negative correlation respectively. The contents of Mn in petioles and grape berries had a negative correlation as well.
