摘要
从空预器的漏风机理出发,应用模糊控制理论,设计了一套全新的回转式空气预热器间隙控制系统,即基于PLC的模糊控制系统,该系统是一个开放的平台,可根据现场运行实际和专家经验进行丰富和补充,为开发优良的国产化商用软件提供理论参考。最后通过某电厂实际改进后所带来的经济效益,表明此项策略是改善回转式空气预热器漏风大的有效方案。
Starting from mechanisms of the air leakage, fuzzy control theory is applied to adjusting automatically of radial seal clearance at hot end. This production can make up the flaw of low precision and short life-span in existing control system, which has been validated by theory and verified by experiments. Finally, based on the economic analysis in some practical power plant through changing original control strategy, the benefits are valid and it is the best way to improve the efficiency of the whole power plant in rotary air-preheater.
