摘要
研究了3-(6-溴苯并噻唑-2-偶氮)-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸(简称BTAB)与镍的配合反应。用4种方法详细研究并测定了3-(6-溴苯并噻唑-2-偶氮)-2,6-二羟基苯甲酸与镍显色形成配合物的配合比和稳定常数,建立了光度法测定镍的新方法。结果表明,在溴代十六烷基吡啶溶液存在下,镍与显色剂在pH=6.2的磷酸盐缓冲体系中形成1∶2的红色配合物,稳定常数为2.585×109。
The coordination reaction between Nickel and 3 - (6 - Bromobenzothiazole - 2 - azo) - 2,6 - dihydroxy benzoic acid (BTAB) was researched. In this paper, The four methods were used to study the composition and stabilization constant of the complex. the content of nickel was analysed by photometry. The result showed that when existing CPB, nickel and the color reagent formed a red composition of 1:2 during the buffer system of pH = 6.2 phosphate, stabilization constant was 2.585 × 10^9.
