The development proeess of cyanuric chloride product in Yingkao sanzheng organic chemical industry limited liability company was retrospected in this paper. It was proved that accelerating extension of chemical industry products with circulation economy theory was necessary pathway to improve economic benift of enterprise and realized harmonious relation of human cond nature.
