摘要
对预聚体法合成浇注型聚氨酯弹性体中所出现的气泡多、粘度大、物料变黄等不良现象进行了详细的分析,从它的合成和固化成型过程中查找原因,从而提出解决方法。
The negative phenomenon observed in synthesis of castable polyurethane elastomer were analyzed, including many bubbles, great viscosity and discolored products, ways and methods were studied to solve the defect exsiting in the products, including bubbles, sunken surface and sticking property.
