我院骨伤科手术预防性抗菌药物应用情况分析

Analysis of prophylactic use of antibiotics in orthopedic surgery in Longhua Hospital

目的了解我院骨伤科手术预防使用抗菌药物情况。方法抽取我院2006年1月到5月的所有骨伤科手术病例,填写患者基本情况和患者使用抗菌药物情况,并对之进行分析。结果骨伤科手术以清洁手术为主,手术预防用药普遍存在无指征用药、药物选择不合理和用药疗程过长的情况。结论骨伤科手术中抗菌药物预防应用现状严峻,医生应遵照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》合理使用抗菌药物。

Objective： To assess the current antibiotics prophylaxis practice in orthopedic surgery in our hospital. Methods： All the patients undergoing orthopedic surgery from January to May in 2006 in our hospital were included in this study. Their physical conditions and use of antibiotics were recorded and analyzed. Results： Cleansing surgery was the most commonly performed in orthopedic operation. Prophylactic antibiotics appeared to be widely practiced. The existing problems included use of antibiotics without pharmaceutical indication, irrational drug selection, and long period of administration. Conclusion ： Irrational preventive use of antibiotics is a serious problem in orthopedic surgery. Doctors must use antibiotics rationally guided by the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Use of Antibacterial Agents.
