摘要
教师是学校宝贵的资源,提高青年教师学历层次和业务能力是人才培养工作的必然要求,也是加强师资队伍建设面临的一大重要课题。学校应从实际出发,鼓励教师攻读硕士、博士、甚至博士后学位,并依靠感情、事业、待遇留住高学历层次人才。
It becomes a necessity to improve young teachers' educational background and their professional competence in terms of training talented persons, which is also one of the important problems to reinforce the ranks of teachers. Based on reality, the school should encourage teachers to study for graduate degrees, for doctorates, even for post-doctor degrees. Meanwhile, depending on affection, cause, and salary, the school should firmly make talented persons stay and feel at ease.
